BENEFITS

feel better with
YOGA!

The mechanics that bring change rest on the following:
Thoughts deposit stress on the body and tighten muscles.

Releasing muscle tension simultaneously increases the body’s internal communication  and opens  the mind to new possibilities.

Energy, health and happiness increase through this process.

These benefits are available to anyone, starting from their current level of flexibility, strength and health.

the
PHYSICAL PRACTICE...

Basics: Breath, relax, feel, watch and allow.

We flow while warming up...

and hold traditional yoga postures on the edge between ease and effort to allow the body to open naturally. This process accommodates all levels by encouraging each participant to find their own edge and honor their body as an individual masterpiece.

As we settle into the practice, students are encouraged to find their silent center and allow that experience to inform them about what is needed in their practice in each moment.

In the willingness to feel, there is healing. In the choice not to closet, cast aside or deny experience, energy is frees and I dive deeper into life.

To be fully alive is saying yes to the wide array of human feelings. When I soften, release and breathe, I discover I am more than what I think, feel, reason, or believe.
